Job Summary
The Experienced RFI Professional will join the Capital Raising and Client Relations team in a full-time capacity. This role offers the opportunity to gain a robust understanding of EQT's business lines and investor base while managing the RFI processes. The successful candidate may progress to a leadership position, contributing to workflow coordination and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare client-facing due diligence materials in response to investor and consultant requests.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality responses by leveraging existing knowledge bases and templates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders within the Capital Raising and Client Relations team to gather and validate information.
- Support the continuous improvement of drafting processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Gain a deep understanding of EQT’s fundraising processes and operating model in preparation for potential leadership roles.
- Provide insights on improving the RFI preparation process, content management, and technology usage.
Phase 2: Local RFI Lead Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the drafting function, overseeing workflows to ensure operational excellence.
- Manage incoming requests, ensuring timely triage, assignment, and resolution of client inquiries.
- Mentor the drafting team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
- Contribute to initiatives that standardize, scale, and automate team processes.
- Drive continuous improvements in data management and workflow optimization.
- Play a key role in shaping the future of the drafting and operations function within Capital Raising and Client Relations.
Qualifications
- Strong academic credentials and fluency in English (written and spoken).
- 5–7 years of experience in the Private Markets industry.
- Experience in financial services, private equity, or related industries is a plus.
- Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills capable of fostering collaboration across functions and geographies.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
- An analytical and process-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership potential with an interest in advancing to a managerial role.
- Familiarity with knowledge management or content automation tools, and an interest in leveraging technology to enhance workflows, collaboration, and scalability.

- Experience in drafting and populating RFIs.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology to streamline processes.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in private equity and investment management.
Experience
