The Oracle Apex and PLSQL Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using Oracle Apex, aligning them with business requirements. This role is vital in ensuring application stability, data integrity, and adherence to coding best practices, contributing to the overall organizational goals through efficient project delivery and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Oracle Apex aligned with business requirements.
• Create and optimize PLSQL procedures, packages, functions, and triggers for data processing and automation.
• Perform data analysis, debugging, and performance tuning in Oracle and MSSQL environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user stories and features within Azure DevOps.
• Manage source-code versioning with Git and utilize Azure DevOps for code versioning, deployment pipelines, and work tracking.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through unit testing, functional validation, and collaboration with QA teams.
• Engage in sprint planning, story refinement, and timely delivery of tasks and features.
• Work on MSSQL for data migration transformations and reporting tasks across environments.
• Document technical components and share knowledge within the team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in software development with a focus on Oracle Apex and PLSQL.
• Strong proficiency in Windows Batch Scripts, Azure DevOps, SQL, and MSSQL.
• Solid understanding of database design and optimization principles.
• Experience with data analysis and performance tuning in Oracle and MSSQL.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage versioning with Git.
• Effective communication skills to engage in team collaborations and document technical processes.
• Educational qualifications: preferably a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure SQL and the exploration of Snowflake Data Cloud.
• Basic knowledge of .NET Framework with MVC architecture.
• Continuous learning mindset and eagerness to explore new technology areas related to cloud and data platform integration.

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in software development, specifically with Oracle technologies.
