From birthday parties and science shows to retail activations and corporate family days, we design events that blend wonder, learning, and fun. Our signature is storytelling through hands-on formats, cutting-edge experiments, and deeply thought-through themes.
We are looking for a highly creative, hands-on New Product Development & Experience Design Trainer to lead the creation, prototyping, and training of new event formats, workshops, and activity modules. This role involves building unique IPs (Intellectual Properties), designing high-impact engagement formats, and training our internal teams, freelancers, and partners on effective delivery.
Ideate and prototype original event formats (birthday parties, family days, store activations, DIY kits, etc.)
Research new science experiments, art forms, storylines, and interaction methods for different age groups (2–12 yrs)
Develop 3–5 new experience formats per quarter, aligned with market trends, school calendars, and seasonal themes
Design immersive, sensory-rich modules that blend learning and entertainment
Stay ahead of trends in experiential education, child psychology, tactile learning, and storytelling
Document safety protocols, learning outcomes, and material specs for all new formats
Test and refine ideas through internal pilots and client feedback loops
Source and evaluate raw materials, tools, and tech (dry ice, slime, sustainable crafts, etc.)
Conduct hands-on training for performers, freelancers, and activity leaders on:
Delivery of new workshops and experiences
Safety handling (fire, dry ice, sharp tools, etc.)
Engagement and storytelling techniques
Build training manuals, demo videos, and step-by-step playbooks for every IP
Create a certification program for in-house trainers and facilitators
Work closely with the Production, Creative, and Sales teams to ensure scalability of offerings
Coordinate with marketing to position new formats in digital campaigns
Degree in Education, Design, Science Communication, Child Development, or related field
2+ years in experiential design, children’s workshops, or creative education
Experience in leading R&D or NPD processes, preferably in events or ed-tech
Hands-on proficiency with crafts, experiments, material prototyping
Strong communication and facilitation skills for live and recorded training
Organized, detail-oriented, and documentation savvy
Comfortable with basic tech (Google Drive, Trello/Notion, Canva, basic video editing tools)
Bonus If You Have
Background in theatre, puppetry, or performing arts
Experience with maker culture, STEAM education, or Montessori-style pedagogy
Knowledge of safety protocols for science experiments or classroom tools
A personal passion for design thinking, sustainability, or childhood development
