Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, innovative, and execution-driven New Product Development professional to join a fast-growing startup. The candidate will play a crucial role in building products from scratch by identifying market opportunities, validating product concepts, and driving new products from ideation through to commercialization. This role is vital to the company’s growth and success in launching impactful products.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for product development.
• Develop and validate product concepts through research and testing.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to commercialization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in product development processes.

Qualifications

• 7 to 15 years of experience in New Product Development, preferably within startup environments.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and commercialization strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proven track record of successfully launching new products.
• Educational qualifications typically include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
• Familiarity with market research methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of agile product development methodologies.
• Experience with product management software and tools.

Experience
