About the Role

We are looking for dynamic Technical Recruiters with proven experience in technology hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of technical roles, sourcing strategies, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive the end-to-end hiring process for technical and functional roles.

Build talent pipelines for niche and high-demand technology skills.

Partner with Engineering Leaders and Hiring Managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical communities.

Conduct structured candidate screening and coordinate technical interview processes.

Build a strong professional brand on LinkedIn to attract passive talent and support employer branding.

Stay updated with evolving technology trends and continuously improve sourcing techniques.

Required Qualifications

2–8 years of experience in technical recruitment.

Proven hiring experience across:

Backend, Frontend & Full Stack Engineering

iOS, Android & Flutter Development

AI, Generative AI & Machine Learning
