We are seeking an exceptional Sales Lead to play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth, ensuring our company remains at the forefront of innovation and competitiveness. Role will be entrusted with maximizing the potential of our revenue, team, devising strategic sales plans, and providing compelling business growth plans to senior management.
We have a high engagement platform targeting health consumers that can be used to help in healthcare MCM marketing, increase ROAS and decrease costs. Our consumer platform, DocTube (www.doctube.com), has just been launched recently. This platform is becoming the goto platform for the general consumer to go for all their health education needs.
DocTube (https://doctube.com/) allows verified doctors to post videos regarding patient health conditions and developing health concerns. The content and format are unique to the needs of the Indian public, both urban & rural. DocTube planning to host over 100,000+ medical videos by 25,000+ verified doctors covering over 10000+ therapeutic medical conditions over the period. 80%+ of the videos are in Indian vernacular languages.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the charge in achieving and surpassing sales targets by cultivating and managing client relationships effectively.
- Formulate and execute a strategic business plan that expands our customer base and fortifies our market presence.
- Take ownership of recruiting, goal setting, coaching, and performance monitoring for the sales team.
- Foster enduring and robust customer relationships by collaborating with clients, thoroughly comprehending their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Deliver comprehensive sales, revenue, and expense reports while offering realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Stay ahead of market shifts and emerging trends, while remaining well-informed about new products and competitor developments.
Requirements and Skills:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- A track record of working in depth with various consumer companies & media agencies.
- Demonstrated success in prior roles as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, particularly in digital or media sales.
- A strong commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences to stay updated with industry best practices.
- Proven ability to guide the sales process from initial planning to successful closure.
- A deep understanding of the industry, a keen business sense, and the ability to identify opportunities and threats.
- Exceptional mentoring, coaching, and people management skills to guide the sales team to excellence.
