Job description – Digital Marketing Specialist SUMMARY To provide result-oriented advertising and marketing activities designed to meet business needs. To achieve sustainable business growth through market intelligence, creativity, and strategic vision. ROLE A Digital Marketing Specialist, responsible for creatively handling various online marketing tools, like websites and blogs. S/He will work with different teams to coordinate our marketing, advertising and promotional activities to promote our business and increase engagement. AUTHORITY Taking actions to correct any problems Monitoring financial data Informing customers and visitors on needed information Budget Management RESPONSIBILITY Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs and press releases) Manage end-to-end digital projects on all platforms Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness Maintain a strong online company voice through social media Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency and deliver business requirements Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability Monitor ROI and KPIs Stay up-to-date with digital media developments REQUIREMENTS 3-5 years of proven work experience as a Digital media specialist or Digital marketing manager Having worked with budgets of 50 Lac and above. Experience with visual communication principles Familiarity with web design and content management systems Strong understanding of the digital marketing platforms Excellent analytical and project management skills An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines Competent at the MS Office and Google Data studio Highly skilled with Google Analytics, Bing Analytics and other web analytics tools.
