Job description – Digital Marketing Specialist SUMMARY  To provide result-oriented advertising and marketing activities designed to meet business needs. To achieve sustainable business growth through market intelligence, creativity, and strategic vision. ROLE  A Digital Marketing Specialist, responsible for creatively handling various online marketing tools, like websites and blogs. S/He will work with different teams to coordinate our marketing, advertising and promotional activities to promote our business and increase engagement. AUTHORITY  Taking actions to correct any problems  Monitoring financial data  Informing customers and visitors on needed information  Budget Management RESPONSIBILITY  Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals  Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs and press releases)  Manage end-to-end digital projects on all platforms  Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness  Maintain a strong online company voice through social media  Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency and deliver business requirements  Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability  Monitor ROI and KPIs  Stay up-to-date with digital media developments REQUIREMENTS  3-5 years of proven work experience as a Digital media specialist or Digital marketing manager  Having worked with budgets of 50 Lac and above.  Experience with visual communication principles  Familiarity with web design and content management systems  Strong understanding of the digital marketing platforms  Excellent analytical and project management skills  An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines  Competent at the MS Office and Google Data studio  Highly skilled with Google Analytics, Bing Analytics and other web analytics tools.
