Role: Product Manager – (B2B AI)

 

Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the development of AI-powered solutions in

the B2B space, with a focus on either Healthcare systems or Infrastructure/Civil

Engineering platforms.

This role requires a strong blend of domain understanding, product thinking, and

execution ability to build scalable, data-driven products.

 

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Execution

● Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with business and customer

needs

● Translate complex problem statements into scalable product solutions

● Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to ship high-impact

features

● Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration

 

Domain-Focused Responsibilities

Healthcare Track

● Build and optimize hospital management / healthcare infrastructure systems

● Work on AI-driven healthcare use cases (e.g., diagnostics, workflow automation,

patient data systems)

● Understand hospital operations, workflows, and data-driven decision-making

systems

 

Infrastructure Track

● Build products for infrastructure, construction, or civil engineering workflows

● Leverage AI for project monitoring, safety, analytics, and operational efficiency

● Work with domain experts to digitize and optimize on-ground processesRequirements

● 3–5 years of experience in Product Management or related roles

● Experience in B2B SaaS / enterprise products

● Strong problem-solving and execution-focused mindset

● Builders who have taken products from 0→1 or scaled existing systems

● Candidates who can bridge domain expertise with product thinking

● Individuals comfortable working at the intersection of AI, data, and real-world

operations

 

Domain Expertise (Either of the below):

● Healthcare: Experience with hospital systems, healthcare platforms, or AI in

healthcare

● Infrastructure: Background in civil engineering / infrastructure / construction
