Team building, mentoring and ability to attract appropriate talent to enhance the productivity of<br /> all the application engineering teams.<br /> 2. Build and Maintain systems for ensuring security and reliability of the product platform.<br /> 3. Maintain the end-user client experience and customer integration with CRM tools.<br /> 4. Define engineering practices, product development patterns and drive product development to<br /> scale to IndiaBonds requirements.<br /> 5. Someone who has scaled a B2C product from 1 to n, worked in the fast-paced growth phase of<br /> the product in a bootstrapped fashion.<br /> 6. Worked on a platform that can handle 50k+ daily users and can scale with spikes in traffic<br /> 7. Experience in integrating external APIs and SaaS Products.<br /> 8. Experience in development and deployment of Hybrid Mobile Applications using Technologies<br /> like Flutter and/or React-JS<br /> 9. Experience in Architecting Scalable Systems on AWS Cloud using Amazon Elastic Kubernetes<br /> Service (EKS) and/or Amazon Elastic Container Registry (ECR) and other AWS services like RDS,<br /> Route53, VPC, SES, AWS Lambda, etc.<br /> 10. Experience in setting up Testing Frameworks for Test driven development, Automated Testing<br /> using Tools like Selenium, Regression Testing and Stress/Load Testing<br /> 11. Development Tech Stack of Python, Django, .Net, HTML, CSS, JS, Flutter(Mobile App), Selenium<br /> 12. Queuing and Scheduling systems like Celery, Hangfire, Kafka, etc.<br /> 13. Database Systems like Mysql, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. in a cluster as well as on standalone<br /> mode.<br /> 14. Someone who builds ownership of the business and setting up the Culture, Development<br /> Goals, KRAs, Learning paths, etc. for teams.</div> <div>15. Someone who is willingly to get his/her hands dirty into implementations whenever it&rsquo;s<br /> required.<br /> 16. Someone who can work with Business Stakeholders and debate on outcomes even when<br /> opinions differ.<br /> 17.
