far been mostly accessible by large institutional investors only.
IndiaBonds is looking for a demonstrated Engineering and Tech Leader, to lead its Engineering teams
that own multiple product lines in the financial trading domain for bonds.
The role is to build, enhance and scale IndiaBonds platform’s technological capabilities and not limited
just to system design and architectural thinking. To play a crucial role in Building Systems that can be
appropriate for the vast and rapid B2C client growth of this market in the coming years.
Location: - Santacruz East (Kalina)
Roles and Responsibilities.
1. Team building, mentoring and ability to attract appropriate talent to enhance the productivity of
all the application engineering teams.
2. Build and Maintain systems for ensuring security and reliability of the product platform.
3. Maintain the end-user client experience and customer integration with CRM tools.
4. Define engineering practices, product development patterns and drive product development to
scale to IndiaBonds requirements.
5. Someone who has scaled a B2C product from 1 to n, worked in the fast-paced growth phase of
the product in a bootstrapped fashion.
6. Worked on a platform that can handle 50k+ daily users and can scale with spikes in traffic
7. Experience in integrating external APIs and SaaS Products.
8. Experience in development and deployment of Hybrid Mobile Applications using Technologies
like Flutter and/or React-JS
9. Experience in Architecting Scalable Systems on AWS Cloud using Amazon Elastic Kubernetes
Service (EKS) and/or Amazon Elastic Container Registry (ECR) and other AWS services like RDS,
Route53, VPC, SES, AWS Lambda, etc.
10. Experience in setting up Testing Frameworks for Test driven development, Automated Testing
using Tools like Selenium, Regression Testing and Stress/Load Testing
11. Development Tech Stack of Python, Django, .Net, HTML, CSS, JS, Flutter(Mobile App), Selenium
12. Queuing and Scheduling systems like Celery, Hangfire, Kafka, etc.
13. Database Systems like Mysql, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. in a cluster as well as on standalone
mode.
14. Someone who builds ownership of the business and setting up the Culture, Development
Goals, KRAs, Learning paths, etc. for teams.

15. Someone who is willingly to get his/her hands dirty into implementations whenever it’s
required.
16. Someone who can work with Business Stakeholders and debate on outcomes even when
opinions differ.
17. The overarching responsibility would be to look at the system as a whole rather than in silos
with responsibility of the delivery coordinated with the delivery heads

Skills, Experience and Knowledge
• 12-15+ years of experience in platform product development.
• Excellent understanding on how to build large scale product components
• In depth experience in driving high performance engineering teams who has built large scale
platform product on cloud.
• Strong analytical and MIS reporting skills.
• Worked in BFSI sector with payments, transactions, regulatory awareness
• Vision for data science, ML for growth
