Job Summary

The Architect will play a crucial role in overseeing the design and coordination of high-rise residential projects. This position is essential for ensuring that all architectural plans align with the project goals and regulations, while facilitating effective communication between various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and relevant documents received from external consultants; furnish final Good For Construction (GFC) drawings.
• End-to-end coordination between the consultants (RCC, MEP, Architect, Ministry of Environment and Forests (MOEF), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), etc.).
• Support the Liaison team with necessary architectural insights and documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal and external teams to gather and collate relevant data; conduct on-site and project consultant meetings.
• Prepare project status reports and minutes of meetings to communicate progress and challenges.
• Analyze information regarding design, structural specifications, materials, colors, equipment, estimated costs, and construction timelines, and provide inputs to appropriate agencies.
• Plan and monitor the work of team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Apply creative thinking and a strong understanding of design trends in real estate development.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of relevant work experience as a Project Architect, specifically in high-rise residential projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and coordination abilities.
• Certifications: Registration with a recognized architectural body (e.g., licensed architect) is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with sustainable design practices and green building certifications (e.g., LEED).
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Familiarity with project management tools to ensure adherence to schedules.

Experience

• 5-10 years of professional experience in architecture with a focus on high-rise residential projects.

Environment

• This position is based at the Andheri Head Office, with potential site visits required to oversee project progress.
