Adventum Student Living intends to build a cutting-edge, technology based platform to
provide end-to-end solutions for students & aims to fulfil their study abroad dreams. Since
the inception of the company; we have gathered a staggering 4.5 rating on Glassdoor and
raised a funding of USD 5 Million in March, 2022. We have 3 group companies working in
International education attracting talent from Start Up as well as PropTech, FinTech &
EdTech spaces.
You will be working:
● Create user- centred designs by considering brand requirements, product
requirements, research insights and technical requirements alike
● Work with product managers, UX designers and researchers to test your
assumptions and improve ideas.
● Work with software developers to structure and implement your UI solutions
● Work on strategic design issues and present to stakeholders when needed
● Work on the full UI stack across various services, output devices, screens and
components
● Manage multiple projects / tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and
work well under pressure
● You are familiar with the fundamentals of the user centred design process, and
have experience creating artefacts to support each stage of the design thinking
process such as personas, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes etc.
● You can plan and conduct usability studies and user research interviews, when a
project might require it
● You think strategically and conceptually to develop simple and elegant solutions
for large complex projects, including websites, services and products that work
across different form factors and platforms
● You have a strong entrepreneurial approach towards problem solving
● You work collaboratively as part of a team, or drive the design independently as
per the requirements of the project
● You learn new tools and techniques to suit the needs of a project to ensure
smooth and delivery
A successful profile will have:
● Minimum 3-4 years of UX work experience in designing mobile applications or
websites
● Experience delivering large projects with multi-functional teams like product,
content, marketing, technology.
● Strong understanding of User-centered Design Process, Design Principles &
Systems, content, and data management
● Experience driving design thinking, creative problem solving & clear execution
plans at an organizational level
● An impressive portfolio that showcases process-driven user experience, UI
design & creative problem-solving design skills

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
