About the Company:
Solar Ladder is a fast-growing company in the renewable energy and solar EPC space. The company provides end-to-end solutions including Solar EPC, financing, procurement, and software support for Residential and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar projects.
Role Overview: The role involves handling B2B client relationships, driving EPC/project sales, understanding customer requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and managing projects from site assessment till execution and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities: • Drive EPC sales for Residential & C&I solar projects • Handle client discussions and provide customized solar solutions • Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams • Manage project execution timelines and site reviews • Ensure smooth coordination from sales till commissioning • Support customers with solar financing solutions • Handle techno-commercial discussions and project coordination
Preferred Background: • Experience in EPC/project sales or techno-commercial roles • Experience in industrial/project-based B2B sales • Candidates from Solar, EPC, Electrical, Industrial Equipment, Infrastructure, Engineering, or Renewable Energy background preferred • Good client handling and stakeholder management skills
