Job Description
New Customer Acquisition
Generate leads and execute new customer acquisition initiatives in India
Develop & implement sales plans targeting key markets in India
Manage and grow a portfolio of high value clients, alliances and partners in India.
Develop Strategies to enhance business from repeat clients.
Create competition-set data and business reports focussing on pricing ,positioning & wellness strategies for comparable wellness retreats in India and overseas.
Brand Outreach:
Identify opportunities for wellness residencies, retreats, and events in India.
Assist in planning and executing these initiatives from concept to fulfilment.
What We’re Looking For:
Graduates with a passion for strategy ,relationship management and business development.
3-4 years of experience of working in Sales or business development with a luxury brand.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A strategic mindset with an ability to analyse markets and identify opportunities.
Proactive and eager to learn, with a willingness to take ownership of projects.
