Job Description
Lead a team of institutional sales personnel, while making them efficient and productive for the organization.<br /> <br />
- To service the existing Clients & acquire and handle new corporates / institutions<br /> <br />
- Develop and maintain relationship with all clients and channel partners<br /> <br />
- Increasing the market share & brand recall of Mirae Asset Mutual fund<br /> <br />
- Interacting with clients/ Institutional Channel partners, understanding their needs and providing them the solution.<br /> <br />
- To update clients with market and scheme related information.<br /> <br />
- Knowledge of Mutual Funds is a must with good understanding of fixed income market of India.<br /> <br />
- Responsibility to build, manage and enhance the client relationship value with the house.<br /> <br />
- Has to generate and grow business and maintain consistent interaction with the relationships.<br /> <br />
- Knowledge of Passive Products (ETFs / Index Funds) will be an added advantage.<br /> <br />
- Would also be responsible for handling the respective distributors in the Institutional segment<br /> <br />
<b>Knowledge/ Skills/ Experience:</b><br /> <br />
- Relevant experience in Institutional Sales with AMCs<br /> <br />
- Has a strong flair for investment advisory and is well informed on the financial market and the economic conditions.<br /> <br />
- Skill set of being a cohesive Team player.<br /> <br />
- Good communication skill ; verbal and written with a flair to build long term rapport.<br /> <br />
- Should have a strong knowledge on products and their effectiveness under evolving market conditions.<br />
