Job Summary

The Data Architect/Solution Architect will develop and maintain scalable architecture, design data warehouses, and create data pipelines to accommodate increases in data volume and complexity. This role will assist in designing end-to-end data and analytics solutions within Azure and drive the design and implementation of Azure Data environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable data architecture and data warehouse design.
• Build data pipelines and integrate new data sources to support growing data complexities.
• Assist in designing end-to-end data and analytics solution architecture and perform Proof of Concepts (POCs) within Azure.
• Drive design, sizing, estimation, and POC activities for Azure Data environments and related services.
• Review solution requirements to support architecture design, ensuring efficient resource use and multi-system integration.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews to enforce design-level technical best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10 to 15 years in relevant architectures.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Data Bricks and Data Factory.
  • Strong ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) skills.
  • Experience as an Architect or in a similar role.
• Education: Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Azure Data services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.

Experience

• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience as a Data Architect or Solution Architect.

Environment

• Location: Any BSL location.
• Work mode: Hybrid (combination of remote and on-site).
