Job Summary

The Platform Management Lead is responsible for end-to-end platform management, ensuring efficient and reliable operations that align with the organization's business requirements. This role will involve overseeing the implementation design, solution architecture, and development standards while providing thought leadership and technical guidance to the team. The successful candidate will lead service improvement initiatives and build strong relationships with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient and reliable platform management that meets the organization's business needs.
  • Oversee implementation design, solution architecture, and development standards.
  • Provide thought leadership and act as a technical escalation point for project delivery.
  • Ensure proper documentation of solutions in accordance with established guidelines and standards.

  • Lead service improvement initiatives to deliver value and enhance service delivery.

  • Promote innovation by encouraging the adoption of emerging technologies.
  • Conduct market analysis for respective products and provide scalable, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) or an equivalent degree.
  • Experience:
    • 15+ years of experience in core ServiceNow platform delivery and operations.
    • Strong exposure to ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.
    • 7+ years of relevant experience in people and vendor management.
    • Strong experience in people's management.
  • Certifications: Mandatory ServiceNow Certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in leading large-scale platform management initiatives.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience
