Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Jaipur<br /> Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (with travel across the city/region as required)<br /> Reports To: Regional Business Head / Head – Business Development<br /> Profile Overview<br /> The Business Development Executive (BDE) at Nothing Before Coffee (NBC) is responsible for driving the<br /> brand’s expansion in Jaipur by identifying and securing prime store locations, building strategic<br /> relationships, and supporting end-to-end store execution. This role requires market insight, negotiation<br /> expertise, and hands-on involvement in new store openings to achieve business growth objectives.<br /> Key Responsibilities - Identify and evaluate potential store locations in Jaipur, including high streets, malls,<br /> food courts, and micro-markets.<br />

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential sites aligned with expansion plans.<br />
  • Liaise with brokers, landlords, and property developers for site finalization and lease negotiations.<br />
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitor presence, customer footfall, and location trends.<br />
  • Prepare financial feasibility reports, including ROI, payback period, and investment calculations for<br /> proposed sites.<br />
  • Support end-to-end execution of new store openings in coordination with project, operations, and<br /> marketing teams.<br />
  • Maintain relationships with local municipal bodies and statutory authorities for necessary approvals and<br /> permits.<br />
  • Monitor market trends and suggest new formats (kiosks, express outlets, FOCO/FOFO models) for growth<br /> opportunities.<br />
  • Support franchise onboarding and territory mapping (if applicable).<br />
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for new site signings and store openings.<br />
  • Ensure compliance with NBC brand standards in site selection and store layouts.<br /> Key Requirements - Graduate/Postgraduate with 2-5 years of experience in Business Development,<br /> preferably in QSR, F&B retail, or organized retail expansion.<br />
  • Hands-on experience in Jaipur or Rajasthan markets with strong local network.<br />
  • Knowledge of lease agreements, property laws, and financial feasibility assessment.<br />
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.<br />
  • Ability to travel extensively within Jaipur and surrounding areas.<br />
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Maps for market mapping.<br /> Key Skills - Location scouting & feasibility analysis<br />
