Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead, strategize, and oversee the execution of ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing events and brand activations. The ideal candidate will drive client success through innovative campaign planning, end-to-end project delivery, and strong relationship management. This role requires both strategic thinking and operational excellence to ensure exceptional campaign outcomes and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Design and implement strategic plans for ATL and BTL campaigns aligned with client goals.
Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and converting leads into long-term clients.
Ensure campaign strategies align with brand objectives and market trends.
Client Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Provide marketing consultation and recommendations to optimize campaign outcomes.
Operations Management
Oversee the planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis of events, activations, exhibitions, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Manage internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure flawless execution.
Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of creatives, operations staff, and account managers.
Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
Organize training and development initiatives to continually elevate team capability.
Financial and Performance Management
Own revenue and profitability targets for the department.
Track KPIs and campaign ROI to measure success and identify improvement areas.
Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget without compromising on quality.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3+ years of experience in ATL/BTL marketing, event management, or brand activations.
Strong grasp of experiential marketing, integrated campaigns, and client servicing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a high-pressure environment.
Expertise in budgeting, financial planning, and campaign analytics.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Education
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
