Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Brand Growth & Community Manager to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and community building across various digital platforms. This role focuses on driving digital discoverability in the D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) landscape, aiming to build strong online consumer brands within the parenting and lifestyle sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Brand & Social Growth

    • Own and manage Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Communities, and other digital channels.
    • Drive follower growth, engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
    • Develop and execute content strategies that enhance organic performance.
  • Mom Community Building

    • Build and grow engaged mom communities on WhatsApp, Facebook Groups, and parenting forums.
    • Drive discussions, expert sessions, User Generated Content (UGC), reviews, and advocacy programs.
    • Establish relationships with mom influencers and parenting experts.
  • Content & Engagement

    • Create robust content strategies that enhance engagement metrics such as watch time, saves, and shares.
    • Collaborate closely with creative teams, agencies, and content creators.
    • Track content performance and optimize continuously for better results.
  • SEO, AI Search & Community Platforms

    • Improve brand visibility through effective SEO and content marketing strategies.
    • Enhance discoverability across AI search platforms.
    • Build a strong brand presence on platforms like Quora, Reddit, and parenting communities.
  • Analytics & Growth

    • Monitor and track social, content, and community performance metrics.
    • Analyze competitor activities, identify trends, and recommend growth opportunities.
    • Present actionable monthly performance insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience & Education

    • 5–10 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, or brand growth.
    • Experience with D2C or digital-first consumer brands is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills

    • Strong understanding of Meta algorithms and content performance metrics.
    • Proven track record of growing social media engagement and communities.
    • Knowledge of SEO, GEO (AI Search Optimization), Quora, and Reddit.
    • Strong analytical skills with an understanding of digital marketing metrics.
    • Experience in managing agencies, creators, and influencers.
