·Experience leading fast growing consumer websites

·Experience with unit testing, code reviews, and other quality-oriented practices

·Experience developing enterprise grade Internal Panels with modern tech stack like KendoUI. Capability to suggest and execute best practices around complex admin applications.

·Extensive experience with modern web development (ES6/Babel, React/Node.js/NPM, Yarn, Webpack etc.)

·Experience with unit testing, code reviews, and other quality-oriented practices

·At least 8 years of software development experience having a focus on front-end & back-end development.

·5 + years experience in ReactJS,

·Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

·Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

·Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)

·Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus

·Familiarity with RESTful APIs

·Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

·Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

·Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

·Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

·A knack for benchmarking and optimization

·Deep understanding of Core Web Vitals, Page Performance, Best Practices

·Good understanding of SEO Principles

·Experience with micro frontends is a plus.
