Compensation: ₹50–75 LPA + ESOPs

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead the financial operations of our high-growth BPO division. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in business finance and FP&A within large-scale services organizations and will act as a key business partner to leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end finance for the $150M BPO business, aligning closely with business heads and delivery teams.

Drive financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis with strategic insights to enable business decisions.

Build and manage annual operating plans (AOPs), long-range planning, and revenue/margin forecasts.

Own monthly/quarterly financial reviews, MIS, and board-level reporting for the BPO vertical.

Partner with sales, delivery, and pricing teams to analyze commercial deals and profitability.

Ensure strong compliance, controls, and cost discipline across BPO operations.

Prepare the division for due diligence, audits, and eventual IPO-readiness.

Mentor and manage a lean team of finance professionals (team size: 4).
Ideal Candidate Profile

CA or MBA Finance (2009 batch preferred).

13–16 years of experience with strong stints in BPO / large-scale services firms (e.g., Genpact, WNS, Cognizant, Infosys BPM).

Proven experience in FP&A, business finance, pricing models, and cost management.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence CXO-level decisions.

Exposure to PE-backed environments and familiarity with exit-readiness processes (IPO/M&A) is a strong plus.
