Key Responsibilities
<p> </p> Business Development <p> </p> Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals. <p> </p> Focus on targeting retail brands and consumer businesses seeking ecommerce transformation <p> </p> solutions. <p> </p> Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline across both India and GCC markets. <p> </p> Represent the company during client meetings, industry events, and strategic forums. <p> </p> Collaborate closely with internal teams to customise proposals and create tailored solution <p> </p> packages. <p> </p> Account Management <p> </p> Oversee seamless onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth handover to delivery teams. <p> </p> Maintain long-term client relationships after the sale to identify opportunities for upselling and <p> </p> cross-selling services. <p> </p> Serve as the escalation point for strategic accounts, ensuring communication aligns with the <p> </p> client’s brand. <p> </p> Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions with clients to drive retention and satisfaction<br />
