Key Responsibilities

<p>&nbsp;</p> Business Development <p>&nbsp;</p>  Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals. <p>&nbsp;</p>  Focus on targeting retail brands and consumer businesses seeking ecommerce transformation <p>&nbsp;</p> solutions. <p>&nbsp;</p>  Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline across both India and GCC markets. <p>&nbsp;</p>  Represent the company during client meetings, industry events, and strategic forums. <p>&nbsp;</p>  Collaborate closely with internal teams to customise proposals and create tailored solution <p>&nbsp;</p> packages. <p>&nbsp;</p> Account Management <p>&nbsp;</p>  Oversee seamless onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth handover to delivery teams. <p>&nbsp;</p>  Maintain long-term client relationships after the sale to identify opportunities for upselling and <p>&nbsp;</p> cross-selling services. <p>&nbsp;</p>  Serve as the escalation point for strategic accounts, ensuring communication aligns with the <p>&nbsp;</p> client&rsquo;s brand. <p>&nbsp;</p>  Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions with clients to drive retention and satisfaction<br /> &nbsp;
