Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Woocommerce Developers to join our dynamic team. In this remote, full-time role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing e-commerce solutions using the Woocommerce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality online stores that meet clients’ business needs and enhance user experience. This position plays a critical role in shaping the digital retail presence of our clients and ensuring robust, scalable, and secure e-commerce solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Woocommerce stores, plugins, and themes.
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and QA teams to deliver seamless e-commerce solutions.
  • Optimize website performance, security, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to Woocommerce and WordPress.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways as required.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and updates in Woocommerce and WordPress development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Woocommerce Developer or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in WordPress and Woocommerce development.
  • Advanced knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with custom theme and plugin development.
  • Familiarity with MySQL database management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience working with REST APIs and third-party service integrations.
  • Knowledge of website performance optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
