Job Summary

We are seeking a SharePoint Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience, focusing on migrating SharePoint solutions from On-Premise to SharePoint Online / Office 365. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record, strong technical skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to modernize workflows and deliver effective solutions that support the organization’s goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint solutions, ensuring smooth migrations from On-Premise to SharePoint Online.
• Utilize SharePoint Framework (SPFx) to build and implement dynamic applications and features in SharePoint.
• Write and execute PowerShell scripts to automate SharePoint management tasks and assist in migrations.
• Analyze existing SharePoint environments, plan migration strategies, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions using SharePoint tools.
• Implement and manage Power Automate and Power Apps for modern workflow automation.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in SharePoint development.
• Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, and SharePoint Designer.
• Strong understanding of Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow modernization.
• Experience in analyzing and addressing technical issues related to SharePoint migration.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders to meet project requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure services that integrate with SharePoint.
• Familiarity with third-party migration tools such as ShareGate, Metalogix, or AvePoint.
• Knowledge of InfoPath or experience with legacy form migration.

Experience

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development focused on migration.
