With a commitment to sustainability, innovation, and excellence, we aim to accelerate the transition to clean energy in India and beyond. ⸻ Role Overview As a Junior Project Manager, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing solar power projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with senior project managers, site engineers, vendors, and clients to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Assist in planning and executing solar EPC projects across residential, commercial, and industrial segments. • Monitor day-to-day project progress, track milestones, and prepare status reports. • Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, execution) and external vendors/contractors to ensure project timelines are met. • Conduct site visits to monitor execution and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards. • Maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, permits, and inspection records. • Assist in managing project budgets, controlling costs, and tracking resource utilization. • Support the team in resolving on-site challenges and escalating issues to senior managers when required. • Ensure that all activities comply with legal, environmental, and company safety regulations. • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations.
