<p dir="ltr">Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and polished Business Development Manager based in Delhi NCR who will play a key role in expanding JustAct&rsquo;s presence across NBFCs, banks, financial institutions, PSUs, and large enterprises. The role demands strong relationship-building skills with legal departments, senior leadership, and government stakeholders to drive strategic partnerships, revenue growth, and institutional adoption of our platform. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Acquisition &amp; Relationship Management 2. Identify, engage, and onboard NBFCs, banks, PSUs, and enterprises. 3. Build strong, long-term relationships with General Counsels, legal heads, and CXO-level decision-makers. 4. Drive client onboarding, account penetration, and usage expansion of JustAct&#39;s ODR platform. 5. Revenue Ownership &amp; Target Achievement 6. Own the sales targets and revenue generation from institutional and enterprise accounts. 7. Develop sales pipelines and conversion strategies to meet monthly and quarterly business goals. 8. Strategic Alliances &amp; Stakeholder Engagement 9. Initiate and execute MOUs and strategic tie-ups with government authorities, industry bodies, and state-level institutions. 10. Liaise with former SC/HC judges, senior legal luminaries, and regulatory bodies to advocate JustAct&rsquo;s credibility and compliance. 11. Marketing &amp; Thought Leadership. Collaborate on planning and executing marketing initiatives, webinars, and events with Chambers of Commerce, legal forums, and industry associations. 12. Represent JustAct at relevant conferences, expos, and panel discussions to build visibility. 13. Reporting &amp; Coordination. Ensure regular reporting to the management on sales pipeline, account status, market feedback, and strategic opportunities. 14. Work closely with internal teams to ensure delivery, onboarding, and client satisfaction. Candidate Profile Experience: 5&ndash;10 years in business development, strategic sales, or key account management. Prior experience in legal tech, enterprise SaaS, or B2B sales to legal/compliance teams is preferred. Location: Must be based in Delhi NCR with willingness to travel locally for meetings and events. Skills &amp; Attributes: 1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 2. Strong understanding of institutional sales and enterprise legal/compliance functions. 3. Fluency in English and at least one or two regional languages (Hindi preferred). 4. Polished, mature, and consultative approach to B2B selling. 5.
