Senior Development Manager

Job Summary

The Senior Development Manager will lead engineering teams in the design, development, and implementation of innovative software solutions. This role is crucial for driving the technical vision and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products that align with the organization's goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver high-quality software products.
• Oversee the development of products from inception to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, integrating them into the development process as appropriate.
• Mentor and develop team members, helping them to achieve their professional goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in a senior engineering leadership role, with at least 3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in building products from scratch with in-depth knowledge of Microservices and Micro frontends.
• Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong background or exposure to trending technologies like artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and Generative AI (GENAI).
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Architect) are a plus.
