About Team<br />
We are looking for a Customer Success expert to join our team. This is a full-time role where you’ll be<br />
working with a diverse team based across India. This role reports to Chief Manager – Customer Success.<br />
You will be part of a team responsible for growing the partnership space and managing all existing<br />
partner relationships. In short, you will aid clients in taking full advantage of products, drive sales by<br />
influencing product upgrades and manage and sustain relationships with customers. We have lots of<br />
opportunities and not enough time. We are relaxed and love to have a laugh but are very driven and<br />
focused on success.<br />

business-to-consumer space and are looking for an experienced and energetic Customer Success expert</strong></div>
<div><strong>to drive business growth. In this role, you are expected to engage with existing clients of Elephant.in and<br />
ensure that the employees (after being onboarded by the Sales team through partnerships with corporate<br />
entities) are aware and enabled to use Elephant.in for their personal insurance needs.<br />
A day in your (potential) life as a Customer Success Expert<br />
• Develop and manage relationships and communications with HR SPOC at client side (CHROs / HR<br />
Head / Benefits / other HR team members) for enabling Elephant.in’s visibility among the onboarded<br />
employees of the client<br />
• Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value<br />
• Liaison with the marketing team and facilitate email marketing campaigns being sent to employees<br />
(either directly or through HR SPOC)<br />
• Ensure steady participation from employees of the onboarded corporate clients through various<br />
engagement activities like webinars, on-premises activities, AMA sessions etc. that would highlight<br />
the employee benefits offerings of Elephant.in<br />
• Procure testimonials from the HR leaders and other SPOCs present of existing clients and record<br />
success stories of key client employees who have made purchases on Elephant.in</strong></div>
