The Talent Acquisition Lead will spearhead recruitment efforts across both technology and non-technology sectors, with a strong emphasis on technology hiring. Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Stakeholder Management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology and non-technology roles, focusing on engineering, product, data, cybersecurity, and technology leadership.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to assess workforce needs and devise efficient hiring strategies.
- Align hiring plans with organizational growth and business objectives.
- Conduct requirement-gathering discussions and provide market insights concerning talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring practices.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through diverse sourcing channels like LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, networking events, and niche communities.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill technology positions.
- Enhance employee referral programs and passive candidate engagement initiatives.

Recruitment Operations
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure timely scheduling of interviews, candidate communication, feedback collection, and offer management.
- Maintain recruitment data, dashboards, and hiring metrics to monitor performance and foster improvements.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Promote Pi42's employer brand using social media, networking events, industry forums, and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Represent the organization at hiring events, campus engagements, and industry networking forums.

Process Excellence
- Continuously enhance recruitment processes, assessment methodologies, and hiring practices.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, compliance requirements, and diversity hiring objectives.
- Utilize recruitment technology and analytics to enhance hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5–8 years in talent acquisition, specifically with a focus on technology hiring.
- Skillset: Proven experience in hiring for software engineering, product management, data science, QA, DevOps, cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML, and other technology functions; some exposure to non-technology hiring (HR, finance, operations, marketing, customer success).
- Industry Exposure: Experience in FinTech, cryptocurrency, SaaS, product, technology, or high-growth startup environments is preferred.
- Expertise: Strong skills in sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate assessment, and offer negotiations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, influencing, and relationship management skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline is required.
