Test Backend Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Backend Engineer with a strong background in Python and Golang to ensure the reliability and performance of our backend systems. The ideal candidate will take a hands-on approach to development, focusing on strong architectural design to build robust and scalable test frameworks. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement backend test strategies and architectures using Python or Golang.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into continuous integration pipelines.
• Design, build, and maintain robust test cases and frameworks to ensure system reliability.
• Troubleshoot and debug test failures and backend issues, providing timely solutions.
• Document test processes and results to ensure transparency and repeatability in testing.
• Continuously improve testing methods by incorporating best practices and new technology trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum Experience: 5+ years in backend engineering with significant testing focus.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in Python programming and/or Golang development.
• Architectural Skills: Demonstrated ability in designing strong, scalable test architectures.
• Testing Frameworks: Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• CI/CD Integration: Familiarity with integrating testing into continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Version Control: Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.

Experience
