Job Summary

We are looking for versatile, curious, and energetic Software Engineers who embrace solving complex challenges on a global scale. You will be an integral part of a multi-functional development team inventing, designing, building, and testing software products that reach a truly global user base. While building components of IT systems, you will get to see your efforts shaping the digital future of Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Development and coding of Blue Prism processes as per the requirements using Blue Prism and Blue Prism best practices.
• Solve issues that arise in the day-to-day running of Blue Prism processes and provide timely support and solutions.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to capture, analyze, and derive requirements.
• Coding of complex tasks/modules based on design/guidelines/requirements.
• Conduct code review and peer review.
• Effectively participate in client calls and meetings to understand requirements.
• Support build and release operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of Blue Prism RPA development experience.
• Good RPA skillset specifically in Blue Prism, including methodology, life cycle, best practices, and tools.
• Experience in development, enhancement, and maintenance of production robots.
• Basic knowledge of coding languages such as C#, Java, Python, VB Script, and Excel VBA (Excel Macros).
• Understanding of basic database technologies and ability to write/understand basic SQL.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact directly and independently with clients.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Familiarity with Configuration Management (GIT) and Jira.
• Blue Prism certification is preferable.

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of RPA experience.
• At least 3 years of experience specifically with Blue Prism.
