We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our International Trade team (Customs Laws, Indirect Tax Laws). This is an entry-level role where you will support senior team members in finalising the necessary financial information, analysing trade flows, assessing the data, and developing case documentation for trade remedy investigations (antidumping, countervailing duty, safeguard duty investigations) conducted by various international jurisdictions.<br /> Key Responsibilities<br /> •<br /> Collect and organise financial and cost data from the client for use in the trade remedy investigation.<br /> •<br /> Assist in the analysis of potential results of the trade remedy investigation for the client in light of the applicable laws.<br /> •<br /> Prepare drafts of petition, questionnaire responses, verification documents, and data tables for submission to trade authorities.<br /> •<br /> Conduct basic research on trade trends, import/export data, and market pricing.<br /> •<br /> Support the team in preparing detailed reports, case filings, and presentations to authorities like DGTR.<br /> •<br /> Maintain organised records and ensure data accuracy across case files
