NON-IT Recruiter

Job Summary

The NON-IT Recruiter, specifically focused on GIS roles, Mapping, Apple Maps, and Google Maps, is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to fulfill the staffing needs of the organization. As an Assistant Manager, the recruiter will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company attracts top talent and maintains a competitive edge in the market.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for GIS, Mapping, Apple Maps, and Google Maps roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically in hiring GIS and Mapping roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with recruitment marketing platforms and social media recruiting.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, particularly in GIS, Mapping, Apple Maps, and Google Maps roles.

Environment

• The position is based in Hyderabad and requires working from the office all 5 days a week.
