Job Summary

The Automation Tester will be responsible for developing and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality of software applications. This role is essential for advancing the organization's goals by promoting testing efficiency, enhancing software reliability, and reducing the time to market.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman to verify functionality and reliability.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand application requirements and ensure effective test coverage.
• Maintain and update test scripts as necessary based on application changes or requirements.
• Utilize source control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) for version control and continuous integration.
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to product improvement discussions.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in automation testing.
• Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver using C# or Java.
  • Basic knowledge of test frameworks like NUnit.
  • Basic understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Knowledge of API testing tools and practices.
  • Familiarity with source control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred to effectively collaborate within the development team.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in automation testing.

• Location: Noida (Onsite).

Salary

• Estimated budget of ₹85,000 + GST.
