Job Description
Role Overview The Project Manager – Clinic Expansion will assist and execute expansion initiatives as planned and directed by the Management. The role is execution-focused, responsible for on-ground coordination, follow-ups, and implementation of tasks once scope, strategy, timelines, and approvals are defined by the Expansion Head. This role plays a critical role in ensuring flawless execution and timely delivery of expansion projects. Key Responsibilities Site Scouting & Property Execution Support ● Execute site scouting activities as per locations, criteria, and priorities defined by the management ● Coordinate site visits with property agents and brokers ● Support landlord interactions and document collection under guidance from the Expansion Head ● Maintain site visit records, photographs, and comparison sheets for review Design, Construction & Vendor Coordination ● Act as the execution SPOC for architects, interior designers, and contractors after design direction and scope are finalised ● Track execution milestones, timelines, and deliverables as planned ● Coordinate site access, measurements, and follow-ups with vendors ● Escalate risks, delays, or deviations promptly to the Head of Expansion Licensing, Compliance & Documentation Support ● Coordinate documentation and application processes for licenses ● Liaise with TPAs, consultants, and authorities for follow-ups and submissions ● Maintain organised records of all approvals, certificates, and compliance documents Clinic Setup & Operational Readiness ● Execute clinic setup tasks in coordination with central teams once requirements are defined ● Track clinic readiness checklists and ensure dependencies are met ● Support handover of clinics to Operations teams post setup HR & Staffing Coordination ● Coordinate interviews, joining logistics, and onboarding tasks for new clinics as planned ● Act as the liaison between HR, clinic operations, and site teams for staffing readiness Project Tracking & Reporting ● Maintain project trackers, execution plans, and status dashboards ● Share regular execution updates, blockers, and progress reports with the Head of Expansion ● Ensure all action items assigned are closed within agreed timelines
