Job Summary

The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO/Founder plays a critical role in supporting senior leadership and gaining deep exposure to business operations, decision-making, and stakeholder management within a dynamic startup environment. This position requires a sharp, analytical early-career professional who is committed to ensuring efficient operations while managing high-visibility tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end calendar for the CEO, including prioritization and scheduling of appointments.
  • Plan and manage travel itineraries and logistics for the CEO.
  • Serve as a gatekeeper and coordinator for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the CEO with day-to-day execution, follow-ups, and task tracking.
  • Prepare notes, basic analyses, presentations, and meeting summaries.
  • Handle personal administration and confidential information with discretion.
  • Ensure seamless coordination among leadership, teams, and partners.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an EA to a CEO/Founder/MD (experience in startups preferred).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
  • Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated maturity, high ownership, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information and engaging with senior stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of internal and external stakeholder management processes.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and travel management software/tools.
  • Proficiency in creating presentations and conducting basic data analyses.

Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably within startups or similar fast-paced environments.

Environment

  • Based in Central Delhi, with a work mode of 6 days in the office (WFO).
