Job Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents including vendor agreements, distribution contracts, licensing deals, and NDAs.
- Ensure company-wide legal and regulatory compliance across business operations, especially in e-commerce, consumer goods, and marketing activities.
- Provide legal counsel on corporate affairs including labor laws, IP protection, and commercial contracts.
- Liaise with external legal advisors and regulatory authorities where necessary.
- Manage legal aspects of new product launches, partnerships, and expansions (domestic and international).
- Maintain and update internal legal documentation and risk mitigation frameworks.
- Monitor and implement changes in laws and regulations that may affect company operations.
- Conduct internal legal audits and trainings for cross-functional teams.
