<p>Job Description: Finance Controller Location: South Delhi<br />
Working Days: Monday to Saturday</p>
<p>Roles and Responsibilities:</p>
<ol>
<li>
<p>Responsible for leading Financial Operations viz. Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Treasury, Taxation, Payroll, Governance and Controls.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Responsible for anchoring monthly financial closing & driving financial hygiene of the books of accounts.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Leading completion of statutory audits, internal audits, FDDs, LDDs and any other special assignment as may be required, as per timelines.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strengthening of internal controls and streamlining of various business processes & operations.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Responsible for driving financial and non-financial controls at both Corporate and Plant level.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Driving correct & timely invoicing and collections from the customers.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Monitoring and Driving Working Capital Management and Funds Management.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Responsible for relationship management with various bankers and lenders.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Monitoring and ensuring adherence with various Debt & Equity covenants.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensuring statutory compliances with respect to various laws / rules / regulations.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Leading a team of 25+ team members and ensuring delivery of their KPIs, KRAs, career</p>
<p>development & progression.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Interaction with the key internal & external stakeholders regarding various governance,</p>
<p>compliances & business operations related manners.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Drivingbusinesswastereductionandoptimizationacrossvaluechainthruimplementation</p>
<p>of robust Management Information Reporting System.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Driving automation and simplification. Super user for SAP ERP system.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Partnership CFO & Management Team on driving business growth and profitability thru</p>
<p>various initiatives, workstreams and analysis.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Undertaking any other activities as may be informed by CFO.</p>
</li>
</ol>
<p>Experience:</p>
<p>a) Chartered Accountant with 12+ years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing organization, handling all aspects of financial operations.</p>
<ol start="2">

<p>b) Experience in Supply Chain Finance, Factory level accounting, Inventory Management, Branch Accounting & Management.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>c) Experience of working in a fast-paced organization / start-up environment.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>d) Proficiency in technical aspects of accounting.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>e) Should have handled teams of atleast 20+ team members.</p>
</li>
