Sales Manager
Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and executing sales activities for Homeville Group, focusing on the Affordable Home Loan sector. This role requires a deep understanding of home loan products and close collaboration with management and business unit owners to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Source Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Margin Money Funding cases from open market, developer channels, and connectors/Direct Selling Agents (DSA).
- Focus on affordable home loans with a ticket size of approximately ₹40 lakhs.
- Collaborate closely with management and business unit owners to align sales strategies.
- Manage and execute sales plans to meet organizational targets.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree required.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the home loan or affordable housing finance sector.
- Basic knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in sourcing cases from developer channels and DSAs.
- Understanding of affordable housing finance products.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
Experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, ideally within the affordable home loan or financial services sector.
