Job Summary

We are seeking an SEO Manager to own and grow our organic search presence across various markets. This role is integral to the Marketing team, collaborating closely with content, product, and growth functions to enhance our visibility in traditional search and emerging answer and generative engines. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) or fintech environment, understand the dynamics of competing for international audiences, and be adept at using AI tools and agents in their daily work.

Responsibilities

• Search Strategy

  • Own the SEO roadmap focusing on search, answer engines (AEO), and generative engines (GEO).
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities across different markets and search surfaces.

• International SEO

  • Manage SEO strategies across multiple countries and languages.
  • Adapt SEO strategies to reflect regional search behavior and competitive dynamics.

• Execution

  • Leverage AI tools and agents to enhance research, content optimization, and reporting workflows.
  • Collaborate with content and product teams to implement on-page, technical, and structural improvements.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engines Optimization (GEO).
• A background working in SaaS or fintech companies.
• Demonstrated experience in managing international SEO projects.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and agents for SEO tasks, including tools like Claude.
• Ability to operate across multiple markets without sacrificing rigor in any specific area.
