KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Individual Responsibilities

 

GST and Income Tax Compliance:

                  Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage filings.

                  Stay informed about tax law changes and communicate their impact.

Finance Controllership:

                  Oversee financial consolidation, reporting, and audits.

                  Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.

ERP and Finance Module Implementation & Data Handling and Analysis:

                  Lead or contribute to the implementation of finance-related modules in the ERP system.

                  Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

People Management:

                  Supervise and lead a team within the finance department.

                  Mentor and develop team members.

Stakeholder Management:

                  Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

                  Communicate financial insights and updates to relevant parties.

Expansion Responsibilities:

                  Actively contribute to Oliva's nationwide expansion efforts.

                  Support the CFO in financial aspects of branch expansion.

 

 

Desired Candidate details:

6 to 8 years of post-qualification experience as a Chartered Accountant (CA).
