  • Manage stakeholder communications and maintain positive relationships with internal and external parties.
  • Organize travel arrangements and itineraries for executives.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
  • Assist in various office management tasks to enhance efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong project planning skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, with strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in online research techniques and information synthesis.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
