The platform shall also facilitate financing solutions and credit offers by banks and distributors for MSME’s steel purchases on the platform.</b></p>

<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-9cc471b7-7fff-2576-6125-572711b3dd35">As Graphic designer your primary responsibility will be to create digital assets for B2B and B2C brands across JSW One Platform businesses. You will be someone who is passionate about design and technology, and comfortable working in a collaborative work environment. Any experience on Ecommerce/EdTech/SaaS brands will be an added advantage. Being a digital native is a must and execution across social media, digital innovations, ad creatives will be expected off you daily.</b></p>

<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-9cc471b7-7fff-2576-6125-572711b3dd35">• Responsible for brand consistency across all outputs. At Least 3+ yrs relevant digital Agency experience</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-9cc471b7-7fff-2576-6125-572711b3dd35">• Ability to work independently from creative concept to execution</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-9cc471b7-7fff-2576-6125-572711b3dd35">• To be accountable for the work by the creative team ensuring all work are as per brand guideline and platform's best practises.

<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-9cc471b7-7fff-2576-6125-572711b3dd35">• Together with the brand manager, the Graphic designer will work actively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the highest level of service – from brief, creative, design and production</b></p>

<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-9cc471b7-7fff-2576-6125-572711b3dd35">• To be self-motivated, working with little supervision, communicating clearly with a line manager about own development needs.</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-9cc471b7-7fff-2576-6125-572711b3dd35">• Multimedia arts graduate/field related</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-9cc471b7-7fff-2576-6125-572711b3dd35">• Good priority management skills with the ability to proactively organize and lead discussions and build strong and effective working relationships with brand managers</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-9cc471b7-7fff-2576-6125-572711b3dd35">• The ability to manage and filter workflow and prioritise workloads to maximise productivity with given timeline</b></p>
