Job Summary
The Head – B2B Fulfillment Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution of all confirmed B2B orders. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring flawless coordination among production, supply chain, packaging, dispatch, and sales teams to deliver every order with precision and timeliness, aligning with customer expectations.
Responsibilities

Order Execution
- Manage the fulfillment lifecycle from order receipt through successful delivery.
- Ensure order accuracy in terms of quantities, specifications, packaging, and delivery requirements.
- Maintain visibility of all active orders and proactively manage exceptions.

Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the central point of coordination between Sales, Production, Supply Chain, and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure structured communication and issue resolution across stakeholders.
- Escalate risks and constraints before they impact customer commitments.

SLA & Delivery Performance
- Define and ensure adherence to fulfillment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and delivery commitments.
- Monitor on-time delivery performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Develop contingency plans for peak periods and large-scale orders.

Process Excellence
- Design and continuously improve fulfillment Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), controls, and workflows.
- Drive automation, visibility, and operational efficiency throughout the fulfillment process.
- Identify and eliminate execution bottlenecks and process gaps.

Reporting & Governance
- Own dashboards that track order status, delivery performance, errors, and escalations.
- Utilize data and operational insights to enhance planning, capacity management, and service levels.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4–5 years in operations, supply chain, fulfillment, or order management.
- Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management and process improvement capabilities.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or order management systems is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance management.
- Experience in designing processes and driving automation.
Experience
- Minimum of 4–5 years in a relevant role, managing high-volume, time-sensitive execution environments.
Environment
Typically based in an office environment, potentially within a Head Office or Operations Hub location.
