<p><b>3. Brand and Community Manager</b></p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>Build and lead Unbound&rsquo;s brand voice, community engagement and content engine. This role sits at</p> <p>the intersection of storytelling, content, culture, and consumer psychology. You will shape how</p> <p>Unbound shows up across social, influencer ecosystems, brand partnerships and owned</p> <p>communities.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Brand and Content</p> <p>&bull; Own brand tonality, storytelling and content strategy across Instagram, YouTube, website and</p> <p>campaigns with content calendars, narratives and brand moments &bull; Maintain a consistent visual and</p> <p>identity across performance marketing and product.</p> <p>Community Building</p> <p>&bull; Build and nurture owned communities across Instagram, WhatsApp and micro-communities</p> <p>&bull; Drive engagement through challenges, IPs, user-generated content and creator collaborations</p> <p>&bull; Identify cultural hooks around skincare, men&rsquo;s wellness and performance living</p> <p>Creator and Influencer Partnerships</p> <p>&bull; Build an influencer ecosystem that is performance and authenticity driven</p> <p>&bull; Manage outreach, negotiation, content approvals and performance analysis and drive affiliate</p> <p>marketing for convert efforts into commerce</p> <p>Customer Insights and Social Listening</p> <p>&bull; Translate comments, DMs, reviews and community sentiment into actionable product and brand</p> <p>insights</p> <p>&bull; Identify early cultural signals that can feed into product ideas or campaigns</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>&bull; 4 to 6 years in brand, social media or community roles</p> <p>&bull; Strong storytelling ability and content sensibility</p> <p>&bull; Understanding of performance-led brand building</p> <p>&bull; Ability to work at speed, experiment and operate with high ownership</p> <p><b><i>Ideal Profile</i></b></p> <p><b><i>A culturally aware storyteller who understands modern D2C brand-building.
