videos, and stories) for various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn,
TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
● Community Engagement:
Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, messages, and mentions across all social platforms
in a timely and professional manner to build a positive brand image.
● Campaign Management:
Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns across platforms, optimizing for performance metrics
such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
● Brand Consistency:
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media platforms, adhering to brand voice,
style, and guidelines.
● Analytics & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs), such as engagement rates, follower
growth, website traffic, and conversion rates. Use data insights to refine strategies and improve
campaign effectiveness.
● Trend Monitoring & Innovation:
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Experiment with new content formats and strategies to keep the brand’s social presence fresh and
engaging.
● Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to align social media strategies with
overall marketing campaigns and product launches.
