Job Description:-<br /> As a Creative Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the creative direction of<br /> projects within the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including<br /> designers, copywriters, marketers, and developers, to develop innovative and impactful creative<br /> solutions. Your role will involve managing and inspiring a team of creatives while ensuring the<br /> successful execution of projects from concept to completion.<br /> Responsibilities:-<br />

1. Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, video editors, videographers, and<br /> photographers.<br />
2. Oversee the entire creative development process, including static and video creatives, from<br /> concept to final delivery.<br />
3. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all creative assets.<br />
4. Create brand logos and design elements from scratch, aligning them with the brands vision<br /> and values.<br />
5. Possess a high understanding of aesthetics and apply it to all creative outputs.<br />
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop creative strategies<br /> that align with the brands objectives.<br />
7. Lead brand video shoots, still shoots, and manage the production process to ensure highquality<br /> final deliverables.<br />
8. Have a good understanding of creative copy for advertising and design, effectively<br /> integrating copy elements into the overall creative concept.
