As a Creative Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the creative direction of
projects within the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including
designers, copywriters, marketers, and developers, to develop innovative and impactful creative
solutions. Your role will involve managing and inspiring a team of creatives while ensuring the
successful execution of projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities:-
1. Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, video editors, videographers, and
photographers.
2. Oversee the entire creative development process, including static and video creatives, from
concept to final delivery.
3. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all creative assets.
4. Create brand logos and design elements from scratch, aligning them with the brands vision
and values.
5. Possess a high understanding of aesthetics and apply it to all creative outputs.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop creative strategies
that align with the brands objectives.
7. Lead brand video shoots, still shoots, and manage the production process to ensure highquality
final deliverables.
8. Have a good understanding of creative copy for advertising and design, effectively
integrating copy elements into the overall creative concept.
