Job Description:
DNine Sports is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Lead for the North Region to drive growth in the supplements segment. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for both online and offline sales channels, developing strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key partners, and achieving sales targets. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a growing company in the sports industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market share growth in the supplements segment within the North Region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the market presence.
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, setting clear objectives and providing guidance to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and support to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Represent Dnine Sports at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the sports or nutrition supplement industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales target
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the sports and nutrition supplement market is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the North Region as required.
