our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to
lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth.

Reporting to: CEO
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
and market penetration.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture of
success, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Channel Partner Network:
Develop and implement a robust channel partner strategy for both B2B and B2C
sales.
Identify and establish relationships with key channel partners, such as financial
institutions, wealth management firms, and other relevant entities.
Collaborate with channel partners to drive joint sales efforts and mutually beneficial
business outcomes.
Market Expansion:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's footprint in
the UHNWI segment.
Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic
decisions.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique
financial goals and challenges.
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure the platform continues to
meet and exceed client expectations.
Sales Operations:
Implement and optimize sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in
lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
Utilize data analytics and reporting to track key performance metrics and make datadriven
decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to
align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Provide valuable insights to inform product enhancements and marketing strategies.
Experience and Qualifications:
 10+ years of sales experience in a Financial Services company.
 Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
 Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the Fintech
industry, particularly with Wealth Tech or similar platforms.
 Strong understanding of the needs and preferences of UHNWIs and the ability
to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
 Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing
and motivating a high-performing sales team.
 Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market trends and competitor
activities.
 Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating at various
organizational levels.
