Leading Sales and ensuring that the <br /> business exceeds the stipulated target. <br /> MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<br /> ✓ To develop strong market knowledge of existing & potential clients and ensuring <br /> business growth opportunities aligned to company’s strategic plans<br /> ✓ To generate appointments & leads via cold calls, walk-in, and web listing for overseas <br /> Manpower requisitions of White & Blue collar employees<br /> ✓ To establish effective goals, sales targets, and policies that will benefit the <br /> organization and increase revenue<br /> ✓ To negotiate with the clients regarding business processes, proposals, confidentiality <br /> agreement and master service agreement and arrange for execution from the client<br /> ✓ To manage sales & business development activities and increase profitability<br /> ✓ To analyse sales report and find ways for cost optimization and improve financial <br /> performance. This may be through finding a more efficient system for different <br /> departments or looking at policies to find ways to manage and align expenditure<br /> ✓ To maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage good <br /> business relations and networking for future contract opportunities<br /> ✓ To contribute in the Marketing campaigns for business leads and ensuring closures<br /> ✓ To carry out extensive market research to filter potential clients by analysing <br /> meticulously before an in-person meeting<br /> ✓ To schedule meetings with Human Resource Managers & HR Directors of leading <br /> companies and gave a brief synopsis of the services offered<br /> ✓ To prepare tailored contracts for clients depending on the personnel categories to be <br /> recruited from overseas<br /> ✓ To mine existing clients and generate revenues<br /> ✓ To perform post sales, follow up with the client for clearance of outstanding invoices <br /> and likewise updated finance department located at headquarters on weekly basis<br /> ✓ To assist in resolving critical issues relating to sales, interfacing with the clients & <br /> escalating important matter to higher management<br /> ✓ To follow up with the prospective and untapped clients on regular basis<br /> ✓ To frequently meet local government bodies and embassy officials based in Riyadh to <br /> understand current implemented policies and updating the same to the clients and <br /> headquarter<br /> ✓ To constantly coordinate with the teams of different sourcing countries for the <br /> smooth flow of recruitment activities<br /> SKILLS<br /> ✓ Leadership Skills – BDM should be able to manage an Organization by successfully <br /> coordinating staff, resources, and implementing policies effectively, so strong <br /> leadership skills are vital to this position<br /> ✓ Time Management – BDM works on various tasks at once and need to be selfmotivated, as often <br /> they are completing these tasks under their own direction. Time <br /> management and the ability to prioritize tasks is vital to ensure goals are met<br /> ✓ Problem-Solving Skills – As issues arise within an Organization, BDM should be able to <br /> identify them and resolve them quickly and efficiently for the sake of the business<br /> ✓ Decision-Making Abilities – A key part of being a successful BDM is the ability to make <br /> decisions that benefit the organization and work towards goals, strategies, and <br /> policies. They make decisions on a regular basis and choose the best course of action<br /> ✓ Communication Skills – As someone implementing policies and business strategies, <br /> BDM should be able to communicate with staff, stakeholders, and clients effectively. <br /> This may be in the form of giving instructions, explaining plans, or negotiating with <br /> external companies<br /> QUALIFICATION<br /> ✓ The minimum requirement to become a BDM is a bachelor’s degree in Business <br /> Administration or a similar subject, although Master’s degree in Business Administration <br /> (MBA) is preferred<br /> TEAM SPAN<br /> ✓ NA<br /> _
